SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK YOUR OWN FLIGHTS, PLEASE BOOK TO ARRIVE AT CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT NEAR PARIS (AIRPORT CODE: CDG) SO THAT YOU CAN EITHER CATCH THE TGV TRAIN TRANSFER TO MONTPELLIER AT 1 PM OR 4 PM LOCAL TIME ON OCTOBER 3, 2008.
THOSE TRAVELING AT 1 PM WILL MEET THE LATER ARRIVALS AT THE HOTEL IN MONTPELLIER AND PROCEED TO DINNER.  THE TGV TRAIN TERMINAL IS LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE AIRPORT TERMINAL.

ALLOW YOURSELF AMPLE TIME TO PROCEED THROUGH CUSTOMS.  YOU WILL NEED TO TRANSFER YOUR OWN BAGGAGE TO THE TGV.
